Carbon-neutral shipping

We are committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. As part of our efforts, we are excited to offer carbon-neutral shipping on all orders. This means that every package you receive from us helps contribute to a healthier planet.

To achieve carbon neutrality, we carefully select shipping methods that minimize emissions to all of our shipping destinations. This means that we currently do not offer overnight shipping or other expedited options that often involve higher carbon emissions.

General

All orders are processed and shipped out of our fulfillment center in Livonia, Michigan. Estimated shipping delivery times are estimated based on shipping from this location.

Upon order processing, it will take 2-3 business days to prepare and ship your order. Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order.

USPS estimates a 2-5 business day delivery window. You can visit https://www.usps.com for more information.

 

Free Domestic Ground Shipping 

We are currently providing free USPS Ground Advantage shipping to the contiguous United States. Delivery time will vary based on delivery destination.

Free shipping is not included on Warranty Claims or Exchanges. For those instances, a flat shipping fee of $5.00 will be charged.

Shipping Outside of the Continental U.S. 

For addresses located outside of the continental United States – including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO U.S. addresses, and other U.S. territories – Carma Case seeks out the most efficient methods possible. This will include shipping by air.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
