Return & Refund Policy
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please visit www.carmacase.com/account/login and enter the email address your order was purchased with. If you are having problems accessing your account or locating your order, please contact carmateam@carmacase.com.
Once your request has been submitted, you will be contacted by a Carma Case team member. Please allow for 3-4 business days for your request to be processed.
Return Policy
Purchases directly from CarmaCase.com are eligible for online returns. All other returns will follow the return policies from where items were originally purchased.
Carma Case accepts returns on unused (no scuffs, scratches, or signs of wear) products within thirty (30) days of purchase for a refund, store credit or exchange.
A flat $5.00 USD fee will be deducted from your refund, store credit, or exchange credit to cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved Carma Case will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Please do not return products without a return approval from the Carma Case team.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable unless the product was returned for damage or the wrong item was received.
Refunds
If approved for a refund, the value of your refund will include the returned item(s) purchase value and sales tax. Any applied discounts to your order and the $5.00 USD shipping fee will be subtracted from your total refund value. Refunds will be issued to the payment method of your original order once the returned product has been received and processed.
Store Credit
We will offer store credit in the form of a discount code. Codes will be issued via email once the returned product has been received and processed. Store credit and will be valid for one year from the date issued. Total credit will be issued for your product purchase value, including sales tax, minus shipping, unless the product was returned for damage or the wrong item was received.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact carmateam@carmacase.com. Our team will support you through the exchange process. Exchange value will be for your product purchase value and sales tax, minus shipping, unless product was returned for damage or the wrong item was received.
Wrong or Damaged/Defective Product
Please contact carmateam@carmacase.com if you received the wrong item or would like to return/exchange damaged or defective product. Shipping fees will be waived for returning and replacements.
