What are your shipping options and timing?
We are currently providing free USPS Ground Advantage shipping to the contiguous United States. Delivery time will vary based on delivery destination. View our shipping policy for more details.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes. USPS will ship to P.O. boxes.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Shipping Outside of the Continental U.S.
For addresses located outside of the continental United States – including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO U.S. addresses, and other U.S. territories – Carma Case seeks out the most efficient methods possible. This will include shipping by air.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
We are currently providing free USPS Ground Advantage shipping to the contiguous United States. Delivery time will vary based on delivery destination.
Free shipping is not included on Warranty Claims or Exchanges. For those instances, a flat shipping fee of $5.00 will be charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the any of the following online payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What if I receive the wrong item?

Returns & Exchanges

Do you charge for returns?
A flat $5.00 USD fee will be deducted from your refund, store credit, or exchange credit to cover the cost of return shipping.
How do I start a return/exchange?
Exchange
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact carmateam@carmacase.com. Our team will support you through the exchange process. Exchange value will be for your product purchase value and sales tax, minus shipping, unless product was returned for damage or the wrong item was received.
How to Start a Return
To start a return please visit www.carmacase.com/account/login and enter the email address your order was purchased with. If you are having problems accessing your account or locating your order please contact carmateam@carmacase.com.
Once your request has been submitted, you will be contacted by a Carma Case team member. Please allow for 3-4 business days for your request to be processed.

What materials are used for your cases?
Our current line of cases is made using high-grip, premium resin which is 100% recyclable.
Where are your products made?
All products are proudly made in Michigan with domestically-sourced materials.
Are the cases compatible with wireless charging?
Yes.
Are your cases compatible with iPhone screen protectors?
Yes.
My iPhone regularly overheats with my current case, will this case help?
Yes, Carma Case has patent-pending built-in cooling channels that help transfer heat away from the battery and out of the case.
What make your cases sustainable?
Our cases are made from recyclable materials and made in the U.S., eliminating the need for overseas shipping.
Overseas competitors produce significantly more phone cases than they can sell – approximately 25% more – wasting time, materials, and energy. Ultimately, these unused cases – which are often not recyclable – end up in landfills.
We produce cases when ordered, reducing the amount of energy used in the production of each phone case. These cases have one of the lowest-carbon footprints of any phone case produced in the world.
How do I clean my case?
We recommend using soap and water, or an all-purpose cleaner. Remove the case from the phone, clean it – including the interior channels – and reinstall. We also recommend wiping your phone at this time.
What phone brands/devices do you make cases for?
Carma Case currently has options available for the latest iPhone models. Other devices are coming soon!
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty on material and any manufacturing defects. Read our policy here.
