Warranty Policy

Carma Case products feature a one (1) year warranty from date of purchase and will offer one (1) similar replacement product per purchase. The warranty covers production defects and product damage during normal course of use. A photo of the issue/damage must be submitted with any warranty claim.

Following review of the claim, a replacement product will be issued within five (5) business days. Shipping will be paid by the party receiving the replacement product.
